What is your Return Policy?

All items sold at go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods shipped are fully insured in case of loss or damage.

However, there are times when the merchandise is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

If that’s the case, the customer can request for return and refund, or return and exchange.


Return Process

Orders can be returned for a refund or exchange up to 7 days from the order receipt date. Submission of concern within 7 days DOES NOT guarantee that your item will be refunded or exchanged. We will still need to verify and reserve the final right to verify, approve, deny, or dispute any return, refund, or exchange claims coming from the website.

Once we receive the return request, our customer service team will reach out to you within 48 working days for assistance and assessment if the request is approved or rejected.

Once the return request is approved, our customer service team will send an instruction on returning the item back to us. This will depend on the location and proximity of the customer.

In any case that the customer prefers a different way of returning the items aside from the proposed process, the customer will shoulder the shipping cost.


How to know if you’re eligible for return?

Products once delivered can be exchanged or returned within 7 days post-delivery, only if the delivered products are defective or damaged. We will be UNABLE to process returns in the following cases:

  • Items have been intentionally defaced.
  • Items have been altered by cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, stains and dents or in any way.
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, water damage (in excess of specification), flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes.
  • Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of Nifty.
  • Products bought from deal sites, auction sites, and unauthorized resellers.
  • The customer had the wrong purchase or suddenly changed his/her mind after the transaction.
  • Products that were not purchased on our official online site.

Once the return request is approved, our customer service team will assist the customer on the process of returning the item back to our warehouse before we initiate the refund or exchange. Our quality assurance team needs to inspect the product first before we proceed with the refund or exchange to ensure that the returned item passed the eligibility criteria.

Refund Process

Refund processing takes up to 30 days upon refund approval, depending on the payment method used in placing the order.

For Cash on Delivery and Prepaid payments - refund will be sent to your bank account within 10 days.

For other payment methods that involve bank coordination, usually it takes 14 to 30 days.

Please note that we can only issue a refund to successful and validated payments.


Exchange Process

Exchange or replacement process takes up to 7 days of processing time after we received and approved  your returned item.

Exchange of the same item is the default process specially if the reason for the return request is defective or damaged. In case the replacement product is already out of stock our customer service team will recommend a different replacement with the same price.

In case the replacement item’s price is higher than the returned item, the customer would need to shoulder the amount difference.

If the replacement item’s price is lower than the returned item, we will refund the amount difference.
