Payment and Delivery Policy
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Seller's payment options are the following:
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit or Debit Card via PayMongo
- GCash via PayMongo
- Bank Transfer via Paynamics or Dragonpay
- Installment Plan via Atome, Billease or Tendopay
- Over the Counter via Dragonpay
COD (Cash on Delivery) is accepted for purchases not exceeding ₱2,500.00. For orders above this amount, kindly use a different payment method.
Please ensure that your payment details are accurate and up to date.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the number of items as well as the shipping location. You can check the shipping rates on the shopping bag summary.

Estimate delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
There might be a delay in receiving your orders during sale events, special holidays, and inclement weather.
Processing of Orders
Cash on Delivery orders will be processed for 1 to 2 days after placing an order and PayMongo orders will be processed 1 to 2 days after payment confirmation.
For the Same Day Delivery, our delivery partner is Borzo (Mr. Speedy) and Ninja Van. Our cut-off for delivery is 1pm everyday. Orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered the next day.

Order Issues
Missed deliveries: If the courier cannot reach you on the day of the delivery, the courier will leave without waiting. Contact the courier directly for a new delivery appointment or if you want to change the delivery address.
Damaged orders: If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please check our Return Policy
In case of any damage to your delivery, the Seller will contact the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. The seller will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of the investigation and replacement.
Temporary Service Suspension in Select Areas (Effective July 19, 2025)
We would like to inform you of a temporary service adjustment affecting select delivery areas.
Due to current capacity constraints and logistical challenges, we will be pausing shipments to the following locations starting July 19, 2025:
Affected Areas:
- Areas serviced by our Pateros and Fairview Hubs
- Cavite
- Bulacan
- Naga
- Cabanatuan
- Taloy
- San Fernando, Pampanga
- Pangasinan
- Cebu
- Batangas
This pause allows us to maintain our standard of service quality across all other locations. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to address these challenges and resume deliveries to the affected areas as soon as possible.
